Case study
The story
FoodSystems 2030 brought together key stakeholders from across Eastern and Southern Africa for regional dialogue on transforming food systems.
The Regional Dialogue on Food Systems Transformation took place in Lilongwe, Malawi from 21–23 May 2025 at the Bingu Wa Mutharika International Convention Centre.
The event brought together ministers of agriculture, senior government officials, development partners, private sector leaders and regional institutions.
The dialogue focused on turning food systems transformation commitments into practical action, with discussions around resilience, food security, regional trade, market integration and climate-smart agriculture.
389 Xperience supported the event across the attendee-facing experience through event branding, professional nametags and the 389 Konvene event management system.
Our role was to provide the event with a consistent branded experience and technology infrastructure supporting the organisation and attendee journey.
